Price List
IN-TOWN PRICING
Our time begins once we arrive on site. We do not have a travel charge and there is no additional charge for long walks or stairs. Please inquire about specialty items such as safes, large appliances, and pianos. *Pricing can vary.
PACKING/UNPACKING
Our rates are $60/hour per packer, $120/hour for 2 packers and so on. We have a 2 hour minimum per job. Past the 2 hour requirement, our team works and charges in 30 minute increments.
LOADING/UNLOADING
Our rates are $60/hour per mover, $120/hour for 2 movers and so on. We have a 2 hour minimum per job. Past the 2 hour requirement, our team works and charges in 30 minute increments.
TRUCK/TRAILERS
Truck rate starts at $160 for mileage under 20 miles. Truck rate is $200 if mileage is between 21-50. For anything above 50 miles or for those interested in trailer rates, please contact us directly for a free quote.

Tyler Falco
Tyler Falco grew up on the South Side of Chicago, eating deep dish pizza and playing baseball. At the age of 12, his family moved to Phoenix, AZ. However, that would be just the beginning of his moving experience. As soon as Tyler could fly the nest, he found himself like a bird migrating to new locations, finding different ways of living and meeting lifelong friends. His thirst for adventure didn’t stop there, and later included a total of 15 different states in which Tyler would move to and live. Some of his favorite places include Snowmass Village in Colorado, Maui, and Lake Tahoe.
Falco Moving was manifested in Asheville, NC in 2020. Falco Moving expanded to Las Vegas, NV 2022 and would later begin serving the Nashville, TN area in 2024. Tyler’s goals for Falco Moving Company is to build strong relationships with the local community and to Make Moving More Manageable.
In Tyler’s spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, hanging out in nature with his dog, and watching a good movie.
